I would like to congratulate you personally for your outstanding work on Assistive technology both in the teaching of the subject to visually impaired students and for your work in making the TAFE websites available to blind and visually impaired students.
I also commend your work in assisting other Institutes set up the Job Access with Speech (JAWS) program for blind students to enable them to access all Microsoft programs.
The commitment to the students and staff at the Hunter Institute that you have demonstrated through these achievements is an inspiration to us all. It gives me great pleasure to acknowledge the special contribution you have made. Your Institute Director advises me that you have given freely of your time and expertise and that you are an excellent role model for staff and students.
